Project: Transferring know-how to make bio-panel board to local community

Step forward of Kokoboard to alleviate poverty in local community beyond buying agricultural residue to make bio-panel board is transferring know-how to local community.

After successfully digest the fifty million dollars worth of particle board production process down to 350,000 USD bio-panel board pilot plant by Kokoboard, and benefit the usage of agricultural residue as raw material instead of lumber. This is our proudly success between Kokoboard,  Thai freelance expert; Prof. Sakorn Kantachote, Royal Forest Department and National Science and Technology Development Agency. At the start-up, we increase second income to farmers by buying their waste and turn them to raw material of making bio-panel board. At the same time reduce CO2 from burn off waste after harvest. I would say Kokoboard is a great solution for agricultural waste management which known as a great source of CO2 emission in South East Asia. From last 2 years of marketing with 30 projects explain that there is  place for this product, but inadequate to tell future bright. So we seek the product designer to develop end-product to put in the market. The idea of developing end-product is getting close to end users and add value to bio-panel board. The Next great step, we would scale down the technology to 70,000 USD and transferring this know-how of making bio-panel board to community, and we will take part of QC for them. No more burn of agricultural waste, turn them to new diversity material, new career after harvest for farmers.
